Night‑Owls Unite: A New Vampire Game Lets You Build, Brew and Bond
A world where the undead and supernatural dwell together—now playable in a free demo.
Dutch studio Little Chicken Game Company has unveiled a demo for Moonlight Peaks, an upcoming life-sim adventure that lets players experience a town teeming with vampires, werewolves, witches, and merfolk. Published by Clouded Leopard Entertainment and XSEED Games, the game is set to release on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 in July 2026.
A Vampire’s Quest for Compassion
You step into the role of a vampire determined to prove that the undead can live with kindness. Your journey begins with the renovation of a haunted family cabin, where you’ll unlock powers, brew potions, and master magic. But the real mystery lies in uncovering the secrets of seven enigmatic families that shape the town’s supernatural society.
The demo lets you create your character, engage in short minigames, and converse with the nocturnal residents. A standout feature—"J-Anime Style"—replaces classic portraits with striking illustrations by Japanese artists like Oguchi and T-TRACK, giving the game a fresh, anime-inspired aesthetic.
Note: The demo is Switch-exclusive, but the same content will appear on Switch 2—though progress won’t carry over to the full release.
